Keittiötuotteet.fi (Business ID 2690657-2, hereinafter “the online store”) sells products to consumers in Finland. We reserve the right to amend these terms and prices. Product prices include applicable VAT.

Ordering
Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and completing payment at checkout. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions, the product prices and the delivery charges. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided with the order and will contain the ordered products and pricing details.
Payment service provider
Payments are processed by Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID FI24865594), a payment institution registered with the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is completed through the Visma Pay service. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy may appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or invoice. Visma Pay transfers the payment to the online store.
Payment information is transmitted over a secure connection. The online store does not process or store customers’ online banking credentials or payment card details.
The sales contract is between the customer and Keittiötuotteet.fi. The online store is responsible for obligations related to the sale. For questions about products, deliveries, returns or complaints, please contact Keittiötuotteet.fi customer service first.

Information for consumers about payments
Payment methods
Visma Pay supports the payment methods enabled for the store, such as online banking, mobile wallets, payment cards, invoice and instalment methods. The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout.
Available methods may include Finnish online banks, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Siirto, Klarna, Visa and Mastercard cards. Invoice and instalment services are also subject to the terms of the relevant financing provider.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped on business days. Products in stock are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order or separately ordered products are usually delivered within 1–3 weeks. Any exceptional delivery time will be stated with the product or communicated separately to the customer.
Delivery methods may include Posti parcel lockers and service points as well as home delivery. Delivery charges depend on the selected delivery method, the order contents and any additional services. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
If a shipment or product is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service without undue delay. For visibly damaged shipments, we also recommend notifying the carrier.
Cancellation and returns
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal unless a statutory exception applies to the product in question. The withdrawal period begins when the product or the final part of the order has been received.
To cancel and return an order, contact us first at info@keittiotuotteet.fi for return instructions. The return address is Puistokatu 4 G, 37830 Akaa, Finland. Keittiötuotteet.fi covers the cost of a normal return made according to our instructions.
You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the value of the product has decreased due to unnecessary handling, the online store may be entitled to deduct the decrease in value from the refund. Please use the original packaging for the return where reasonably possible.
Refunds are made within the period required by law after we have received the returned product or the customer has provided evidence that it has been sent back. Refunds are normally made using the same payment method as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.
Defect liability and complaints
The online store has statutory liability for defects in the products it sells. If there is a problem with a product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@keittiotuotteet.fi or +358 40 177 1118.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation, a consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Consumers should contact Finnish Consumer Advisory Services before submitting a case to the Board.
